I understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step, which is why I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation. This gives you the chance to meet me, ask questions, and see whether you feel comfortable—without any pressure to continue.
Initial 20 minute consultation is free with subsequent sessions priced at £75 for 50 minutes. Special concessionary rates may be available.
